Viewing SEDAR profiles on SEDAR+

All profiles were migrated from SEDAR to SEDAR+ and can be viewed using the SEDAR+ Search profiles function. Users who do not have a user account can only see public profiles. Authorized Super Users or Authorized Users can see public profiles as well as any private profiles that they or their organization have authority over. 

New fields were added to SEDAR+ profiles to provide additional details about the issuer. Where information was not known at the time of the profile migration, placeholder values were used: 

• Date of ‘01 Jan 1500’ was used where the ‘Effective from date’ of the profile name was not known.  
• Email address ‘notdefined@notdefined.com’ was used in the main ‘Profile details’ section 
• NAICS code ‘000000-Unknown’ was used in the ‘Size and industry classification’ section 

A registered user, who has the required authority over the profile, can maintain the profile and enter the correct information.
