Information shown on a submitted filing

Different information will be visible on a filing, depending on the authority the user has over the associated profile. Public sections of the filing are visible to all users of the system and private sections are visible only to users that have authority over the associated profile. Below is an overview of the type of information in each section:

  • Public sections: public documents including generated documents and information on public documents (including date when document was made public, document type, file format, file size and submission number).
  • Private sections: Filing and contact details, agencies, filing status and analysts, investment funds within the filing, submission details, associated persons, documents incorporated by reference, related applications.
Note: Decision Documents may not be available on SEDAR+ for some filings, see System Status page on the CSA website for further details.
