How do I know if I’m eligible for a refund?

You may be eligible for a refund if the system displays a message to contact the regulator about a refund. However, the amount of refund will not be displayed in SEDAR+. Refunds for regulatory fees will be handled locally by each jurisdiction and will not be processed through SEDAR+. If you think you are entitled to a refund:  

SEDAR+ will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance from 6:00 a.m. ET on September 21 to 6:00 a.m. ET on September 22.
