Before you get started

Electronic filers who need initial access to SEDAR+ must submit a request for approval. Once your access request is approved, you will be able to submit filings, maintain profile information and create other users to access SEDAR+.

For access to be approved, you need to upload an Electronic Filer Agreement duly executed by the Authorized Representative of your organization.

The Electronic Filer Agreement (EFA) grants the electronic filer access to, and the use of, SEDAR+ for the purpose of enabling and facilitating compliance with applicable securities legislation in Canada.

You will be notified by email once the information is validated and your access approved.
